We started this company 10 years ago with the plan in mind to provide affordable off campus housing for students. Today, we rent to over 90 Fitchburg State students and counting. Our full-time staff specialize in the maintaining the various properties with care and professionalism.
Tenants
We manage some of the areas most desirable rentals. Our progressive staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide comfortable communities for the people who have chosen our rentals. Our tenants feel comfortable knowing that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week they will be able to reach a qualified employee who will promptly address any maintenance issue as it relates to their safety or the integrity of your property. Students
Our business is to provide students cost effective alternatives to living on campus. We have many apartment shares where students can have exclusive/private use of a bedroom and shared access to living room, kitchen and bathroom. In our apartment share model, we provide the utilities including water, heat, electric, cable and internet. Starting at $550.00 per month, parents love this alternative since they do not need to coordinate connecting and disconnecting utilities and dealing with deposits. Managing and maintaining our apartments is our full time job which we take very serious. We also have traditional rentals where a group of students rents the entire apartment or house and provides their own utilities. Please review our online listings to see what option is best for you.
