What measures are taken to ensure that everything is safe?

All properties come with locks and keys. Also, Fitchburg State Campus Police make rounds around the campus and surrounding areas. Their job is to ensure the safety of students both on and off-campus. You can call them at (978) 665-3111 in both emergencies and non-emergencies.

What does the rent include?

 Water, Heat, Electricity, Internet. For ~$650.00 a month, that's a steal!

How would I be paying rent?

We have an online service. You can pay your rent there via credit, debit or a linked bank account. You won't have to worry about writing checks or pooling money! You can even fill out work orders on the website and we'll get them right away. It's easier for you and for us!

How do the leases work?

Our lease times are very flexible. We usually do yearly but we can also do semester to semester as well. Just let us know when you would like to move in and then move out.

How much is the deposit?

No deposit. But we ask for first month and last month's rent on move-in.
